Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the forms on this website.

Who I am

This website is run by Oli Edwards, trading as OEDRUMS. For anything about your data, email oliver.edwards.music@hotmail.com.

What I collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, and anything you write about a booking, dep, recording or other request.
• Lesson applications: your name, email, the student's age if under 18, and your answers about experience, goals and music.
• Mailing list: your email address and which signup you used.

Why

To reply to you, to arrange work or lessons you've asked about, and — only if you joined the mailing list — to email you about online lessons, the chart shop and other OEDRUMS news.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and arrive in my email inbox. If the mailing list moves to an email service such as Mailchimp, your address will be held there too. Your information is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and deleted within two years. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing the address above. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
